Parent Teacher Interviews


Three way Interviews are held twice per year, usually in March and September. Bookings can be made online for an interview with each of your child’s teachers. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents.


2020 Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews

This term, parent-teacher interviews for Years 7 – 12 will take place on Monday, 31st August. The interviews will be via WebEx Video Meetings, email or phone call, and scheduled across two sessions: 12:30pm to 3:30pm and 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Bookings will open Thursday 20th August and close Thursday 27th August.

Bookings are made via Daymap Connect which is the same program where you can find information regarding your child’s progress throughout the year. Once you have made your bookings the IT department will contact you via email with staff WebEx links prior to the date.

For families that don’t have access to the internet at home, work, or on a mobile device, please contact the school and a booking will be made on your behalf in a format that suits best.

Interviews are strictly 10 minutes, and spaces are limited. If you require more time, please contact the teacher directly to make alternative arrangements. Parents can change their interview booking any time before the closing date by revisiting the website.

If you cannot attend the Parent-Teacher Interview booking made, please advise the school by contacting the general office on (03) 5036 4900. If you cannot secure a suitable time on the schedule for a specific teacher, you will need to contact them directly via email, phone, or Daymap to arrange an alternative time.
