Three way Interviews are held twice per year. Bookings can be made online for an interview with each of your child’s teachers. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents.

This term Parent-Teacher interviews for Years 7 – 12 will take place on Wednesday, April 6. The interviews will be via Webex video, email or a phone call and are scheduled across two sessions; 12:30pm to 3:30pm and 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Bookings will open on Tuesday 22nd March and close on Thursday 31st March.

Bookings are made via Daymap Connect, which is the same program where you find information regarding your child’s progress throughout the year. Once you have made your bookings, the IT department will contact you via email with staff Webex links prior to the date.

If you don’t have access to the internet at home, work or on a mobile device, please contact the general office and a booking will be made on your behalf via a medium that best suits you.

Interviews are strictly 10 minutes and spaces are limited. If you are unable to secure a suitable time on the schedule for a specific teacher or require more than 10 minutes, please contact the teacher directly to make alternative arrangements.
Interview bookings can be changed at any time before the closing date by revisiting the website. In the event arrangements change and you cannot attend your Parent-Teacher Interviews, please advise the school by contacting the general office on (03) 5036 4900.
