There is a dedicated year 12 study zone with modern booth style seating, comfy lounge chairs for quiet reading and 3 learning spaces.
Many students make use of the library before school and during lunchtimes, either poring over books and magazines, tapping away at the computers, doing homework, playing UNO, Chess and giant Connect 4 or discovering amazing virtual worlds on the virtual reality headsets. It offers a refuge to those who want an alternative to the playground.
Helpful library staff are available to assist students and staff with any of their research needs. The library is the hub of information, research and narrative. Most of all, it is the place where relationships are formed, recommendations are made and a reading culture is created.
